Project Activities:
The aim of the action plan is to help unemployed women, who have already benefited from the services of Ergani Center through counseling, to come in touch with local employers
Ergani provided, through the project, information, support and guidance to members from vulnerable social groups (women facing single parenthood, unemployment etc.) in order to enter labour market. The acquaintance among employers and women took place at Diavata during the Simulated Career Days that were organized by Ergani Center and Developmental Agency of Thessaloniki. A lot of small and medium enterprises are located in the region of Diavata. The final goal is, on the one hand, the familiarization of women with the procedure of job interview and their vocational rehabilitation, and on the other hand, their contact with the enterprises of the specific area

Project Activities:
The scope of the programme was to support members of vulnerable social groups with the ultimate goal to create the necessary conditions for their optimum social and professional integration. Throughout the programme the beneficiaries had access to a range of services:
- Ways to resolve practical aspects of the integration of specific population groups, such as the legalizing process and other related issues.
- Enhancement of social competences (self-knowledge and self-management skills, social awareness, interpersonal relations etc.)
- Development and enhancement of professional skills and promotion to training or pre-training programmes.
- Support through counseling sessions in job-hunting techniques.
- Support in securing a place in the job market.
- Supporting entrepreneurship (Business plan preparation)
- Information and continuous updates on health, social provision, and professional topics that were of interest to the beneficiaries
- Psychosocial support, empowerment, encouragement and active participation of the beneficiaries in actions for alleviating social tension or problems of racial/social exclusion
- Motivation of the beneficiaries for participating in the social, political, and cultural life maintaining at the same time their own cultural identity.

Project Activities:
22 organisations participated in this project with the Centre for Researching Equality Issues coordinating. The aim was to promote equality and to eliminate professional segregation according to gender in the private and public professional marketplace.
Project activities included:
- The creation of a monitoring and evaluation mechanism for the integration of the dimension of equal opportunities to related policies.
- The encouragement of enterprises to include equal opportunities in the organization and operation of everyday reality.
- The creation of a network of employers, organizations and social partners for the enhancement of regular dialogue at a regional level.
- The creation of new educational tools for women and the revisiting of existing ones.
At the end of the project, best practices were disseminated at a local and interstate level. The Ergani Centre was the main coordinator of the Regional Equality Observatory of Macedonia-Thrace.

Project Activities:
All activities pertained to the support of the operation of the professional orientation service for unemployed women of the entrepreneurship service and the mentors’ programme. During this project, all educational materials (mentors’, employment counselors’ and trainers’ training materials) became available in electronic form (CD). At the same time a study on new sectors in female entrepreneurship was completed and the know-how was disseminated through national and international networks. Finally, one of the activities involved the establishment of a network of new female entrepreneurs of the Ergani Centre.

Project Activities:
The aim of this programme was to establish a Centre for the Support of Women’s Employment. Project activities included the training of unemployed women in the secretarial support of companies, in Byzantine iconography, in using the CAD CAM system for the manufacturing sector, as well as in business administration and management. Throughout training, all female beneficiaries had access to psychosocial support services and to counseling sessions related to topics of entrepreneurship and employment.
